Gardener/Crew Leader
About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Land Management Services Division for a full-time Crew Leader.
The role is perfect for people experienced in gardens and grounds maintenance who are keen to put their experience into practice, while also supporting people with disabilities on the job to learn new skills in Land Management. The role is based out of Keysborough and also working across different locations in the South-East.
The role is Monday – Friday and hours are generally 7:00am – 3:06pm with flexibility needed to also work between 6:00am – 6:00pm.
Job Coach
About the role
We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Job Coach in our Supported Employment Division based at Brunswick Industries in Reservoir. The successful candidate will work in our modern 3000 square metre warehouse and production facility. A key function of the role will be working alongside people with a disability, engaging in work activities, providing support and helping them improve their skills and knowledge, while building their independence. You will be working with individual supported employees as well as small groups to help them achieve their goals and reach commercial targets.
Work pattern: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4pm & Friday 7:30am – 2pm.
Disability Support Coach
About the role
We currently have a few fantastic opportunities in our Learning & Lifestyle division for full-time Disability Support Coaches. The roles are located in Dandenong & Mulgrave.
Work pattern: Monday – Friday 8/8:30am – 3:30pm/4pm. Start & finish times are negotiable.
You will be joining great teams, passionate about supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals, participate in activities and programs of their choice, both at Wallara and within the community.

Senior Hospitality Job Coach
About the role
We are seeking an experienced hospitality all-rounder to join our team! Please apply if you want a great work life balance, no weekends required! This is a full-time opportunity in our supported employment hospitality division located at our head office in Keysborough. As a Senior Hospitality Job Coach you will be providing support to people with a disability in barista services, commercial cookery, café culture, customer service and retail. Helping them improve their skills and knowledge in hospitality, while building their independence. You will be working with individual supported employees as well as small groups of up to 4 people, to help them achieve their employment goals. There may be a requirement to work at other sites as needed.
Work pattern: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:06pm.
Open Employment Advisor
About the role
We are seeking 3 passionate and experienced Open Employment Advisors to join our team in Keysborough. We are dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve their employment goals. You will assist adults transitioning from supported employment in a Social Enterprise to open employment roles.
The roles are full-time on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Work pattern: Monday – Friday 7:54am – 4pm
Sages Cottage Farmgate Shop Lead
About the role
Seeking an experienced Sages Cottage Farmgate Shop Lead to help oversee our newly created gift shop and nursery at Sages Cottage Farm in Baxter. Your experience and creativity will elevate the nursery and gift shop into a thriving retail space. You will have an opportunity to take ownership of the daily operations and marketing to drive sales.
You will work Sunday – Wednesday, 9:30am – 2:30pm.
