Developing skills and confidence across Wallara sites
Wallara’s LEAD program helps employees in supported roles build leadership and communication skills. Over the past five months, participants have worked with external facilitators and internal mentors to develop confidence and practical workplace experience.
This training sits alongside learning delivered every day across Wallara’s five sites. Supported employees take part in sessions tailored to their goals, covering topics like OHS, site safety, respectful behaviour, and workplace relationships. Learning and Development Coordinator David Read visits each site to support consistent delivery and create space for feedback.
Nominations for the October LEAD intake have now closed. The next group of participants will be announced soon. Thank you to everyone who supported the nomination process.
