Live.

… in one of our homes, or in yours.

We can help you with short-term stays to build your independent living skills all the way to finding your own home and moving out.

Wallara has eight shared supported accommodation homes in Melbourne’s south-east and a range of programs that teach domestic daily living skills to equip you to live independently as well as having a focus on social skills, community participation and recreation.

Wallara also offers an Immersion program, providing clients a supported living and learning experience. The program is tailored to individual needs and available in a number of different operating models.

Live programs

All programs offered by Wallara support you to live more independently, whether that is in one of our homes with others, in your own home with your family or in a shared home with your friends.

Short Term Accommodation is a great option to get a feel for what living independently is really like.

Kat’s Success Story

Kat moved into a Wallara shared accommodation house in 2019 and has had many successful achievements towards reaching her goal to live independently.

One of Kat’s goals is to be fit and healthy, she now plans her own healthy meals and is regularly going for walks.

‘I do the same things at Wallara that I did living with my Dad, but now I do them independently. I like hanging out with my housemates, exploring Melbourne and watching Netflix with them’
