We think client first and expect you to deeply care for the wellbeing of others too. We like career changers, we think laterally and look at the whole individual – your career history, what you are passionate about and what you enjoy doing – after all, your unique capabilities help others to reach their goals too.

Our roles are advertised through our website and key job boards. You can apply through those job boards that may ask you a series of questions. Don’t forget to include your letter of application why you think you are suitable for the role and your resume.

We will then contact you if you are shortlisted, first through a telephone interview and then to meet with us. Depending on the role, there may be other selection processes such as assessments, NDIS worker checks and assessment centres before we check your referees and offer you a role. All up we try to make the process as quick as we can though sometimes there are unavoidable delays

You can also express an interest in being added to our talent pool by applying for a Wallara role here. We always need Support and Job Coaches. There are also opportunities in our Support Coordination, Finance, People, Quality and Marketing teams from time to time.
