Wallara Australia is a not for profit disability services provider located in Melbourne’s south east that manages several leading social enterprises providing supportive employment opportunities.

  • Wallara Logistics is our largest enterprise offering 3PL, packing, kitting and assembly work for commercial partners.
  • Wallara Land Management Services provides opportunities in lawn and turf maintenance, open space maintenance, corporate and facilities grounds maintenance, plant management services and more.
  • Wallara Productions provides opportunities in media, video production & editing and graphic design.
  • If Hospitality or Retail is a passion, Wallara has opportunities at Wallara Cafe , Sages Cottage Farm and The Wallara Shop.

Work Pathways

All work programs are capacity building and undertaken in a combination of small groups and 1:1. Work ready programs typically run for two years.

Cihan’s Success Story

Cihan had a passion for customer service and retail.

He has thoroughly enjoyed the hands on learning experience he has been able to experience at the Wallara Shop located in Dandenong Plaza. Cihan has developed his money skills and customer service skills, his confidence has grown and he takes great pride in being able to help customers.

The next goal for Cihan is to secure work experience in a mainstream retail outlet.
