At Wallara, we want every applicant to feel welcome, informed and supported.

How the recruitment process works

We keep our recruitment process clear and respectful and can provide reasonable adjustments if required.

  1. Apply

    • View our open roles on the Vacancies page
    • Submit your application
    • You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your application
  2. Shortlisting

    • Our People & Culture team reviews all applications
    • We look at how your experience, skills and interests align with the role
    • If shortlisted, we’ll contact you by phone or email to arrange a phone screening
    • If you progress from the phone screening interview, we’ll arrange a formal interview
  3. Interview

    • Interviews are friendly and conversational
    • We’ll talk about your experience, values and interest in the role
    • Some roles may include a second interview, or practical task relevant to the role
    • We’ll let you know what to expect in advance
  4. Checks and Offer

    • We complete reference checks and confirm valid NDIS worker screening, Police or Working with Children’s checks
    • If successful, you’ll receive a formal offer of employment
    • We’ll then begin planning your onboarding and first days at Wallara
