What is Supported Employment?
Supported Employment is paid work with on-the-job support from experienced job coaches.
At Wallara, Supported Employment opportunities are available across our six inclusive social enterprises, including cafés, logistics, land management, media, Sages Cottage Farm and Collingwood Children’s Farm.
You can earn an income, be part of a team and work towards your employment goals.
Supported Employment may be right if you:
- Want to work, earn an income and be part of a Wallara team
- Have a NDIS plan with employment listed as a goal or receive Transport Accident Commission (TAC) funding
- Receive the Disability Support Pension (DSP)
- NDIS Core Supports funding or Finding and Keeping a job funding in your NDIS plan
