Wallara provides Level 2 Support Coordination (Coordination of Supports). Your Support Coordinator works for you. You can choose Wallara services, other providers, or a mix of both. The choice is always yours.

Support is available across Melbourne’s South East, North and the Mornington Peninsula, with local knowledge and connections to services in these communities.

How Wallara Supports You

Your Support Coordinator takes the time to understand what matters to you, what is working well and where you may need some extra help.

They can help you:

  • Understand your NDIS plan, budgets and what your funding can be used for
  • Find providers and supports that suit your goals
  • Compare options, source quotes and set up service agreements
  • Explore accommodation options, including Short-Term Respite and Supported Independent Living
  • Check in with you and adjust supports when your needs or circumstances change
  • Prepare for plan reviews and complete required NDIA reports
  • Build the skills to manage more of your supports over time

Your Support Coordinator can also work alongside your family, carers and other people in your support network where you would like them involved.
