How the recruitment process works

- Submit your application
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your application

Shortlisting
- Our People & Culture team reviews all applications
- We look at how your experience, skills and interests align with the role
- If shortlisted, we’ll contact you by phone or email to arrange a phone screening
- If you progress from the phone screening interview, we’ll arrange a formal interview

Interview
- Interviews are friendly and conversational
- We’ll talk about your experience, values and interest in the role
- Some roles may include a second interview, or practical task relevant to the role
- We’ll let you know what to expect in advance

Checks and Offer
- We complete reference checks and confirm valid NDIS worker screening, Police or Working with Children’s checks
- If successful, you’ll receive a formal offer of employment
- We’ll then begin planning your onboarding and first days at Wallara
