Wallara’s Client Experience team breaks down the process into 4 simple steps.

You’ll have clear guidance from your first conversation to your first day of support.

  1. Contact the Client Experience Team

We’ll listen to your questions and help you get started.

  2. Meet your Client Experience Team

Meet with the Wallara Intake Coordinator, either in person or online

This is a time to share your goals, learn about your options, and receive clear, personalised advice.

  3. Plan Together

The Intake Coordinator will help you understand how your NDIS plan works and what supports are available to you.

Together, we’ll explore options and match Wallara supports to your interests, goals and everyday life.

  4. Begin your Journey

When you’re ready, you’ll start your Wallara journey with a site team you’ve already had the chance to meet during your trials. They’ll support you to build skills, make friends, explore your interests and work towards the goals that matter to you.

Your pathway might include Learning & Lifestyle, Supported Employment or Supported Accommodation, depending on your goals and the support that’s right for you.

Your Site Lead and Core Coach will get to know you, support you along the way and be there to answer questions as you settle in and explore new opportunities.

Support that stays with you

People who get to know you

Once you’ve completed your intake journey, you will have a dedicated Support Lead at your site.

Ready when you are

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for before getting in touch.

Tell the Client Experience Team a little about you, what you enjoy and what you’d like to explore.

Someone from the team will be in touch to talk through the next steps.
