Your Feedback Matters

At Wallara, we understand that listening leads to better services. When you share a positive experience, offer a suggestion or raise a concern, your feedback helps us learn, improve and provide you with better support.

Celebrating something great? We’d love to hear about it. Positive feedback lets us recognise team members, sites or clients who are making a difference and motivates us to keep doing what works.

Have an idea to improve our services? Whether it’s a new program, a better way of doing things or something we’ve missed we want to hear from you.

If something hasn’t gone well, please let us know. You can make a complaint about

  • A Wallara service
  • A staff member or interaction
  • Something that made you feel unsafe or disrespected
  • Supports that aren’t meeting your needs or expectations

Anyone can raise a complaint including clients, family members, carers, advocates or supporters.

You won’t be treated differently for making a complaint. We treat all feedback seriously, confidentially and with care.
