Krithika joined the Board in November 2025 and has extensive experience across marketing, human resources and organisational development drawn from various industries globally and locally, most recently in superannuation. She has worked in senior global roles across America, Europe, Southeast Asia and Australia. Within Australia, her career has spanned iconic Australian businesses both globally and nationally in HR, Culture, Leadership and Change Management roles, and she is currently the Chief People Officer at TelstraSuper.
