Received a new NDIS plan? Here’s what to do
With NDIS changes from 1st October 2026, we are aware that some participants are receiving new NDIS plans with reduced funding for Social and Community Participation supports, in some cases by up to 50%.
If you receive a new NDIS plan, please share a copy with Wallara as soon as possible.
The client experience team can help you understand any changes to your funding and work with you to make the best use of your available budget.
What you need to do:
- Email a copy of your NDIS plan to [email protected]
- Let us know if your plan includes funding periods (funding intervals)
- Book a meeting with us if you would like support understanding your budget.

If your plan includes funding periods, please let Wallara know. This helps the team understand when funding is available and work with you to plan supports across each period.
