Miranda joined the Board in November 2025. Miranda is currently the Chief Information Officer for Group Business Units at Westpac where she leads the strategy and delivery for the bank’s technology for HR, Finance, Risk, Operations, Property, Procurement and Customer Solutions. She has over 30 years of experience in the finance and banking sectors, telecommunications, and federal government including delivering large and complex business and technology transformations.
Miranda holds a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) certification. She has been recognised as one of the Fintech Top 100 Women Globally and an Inclusive Leader and a Woman of Influence by Women in Banking and Finance.
