Stories of Impact
Albert’s story: From a quiet school leaver to a workplace buddy, Albert built confidence with Learning and Lifestyle (L&L) coaches through music and media programs, but his focus was always on work. Determined to succeed, he tried work experience in Logistics, supported by both his L&L and Logistics coaches, and then transitioned into Supported Employment.
Today, Albert is a proud workplace buddy, mentor and emerging leader.
Ben’s story: Ben discovered his passion for storytelling through Wallara’s media and creative programs. With coaching and encouragement, he built confidence in front of the camera and developed new technical skills. He will soon start in Supported Employment with Wallara Media, creating digital content that showcases inclusion.
