What is Supported Employment?
Supported Employment is paid work for people with disability who may need ongoing support in the workplace.
At Wallara, Supported Employment opportunities are available across five Social Enterprises including Wallara Logistics, Collingwood Children’s Farm, Sages Cottage Farm, Hospitality and Land Management Services.
Support Coaches work alongside supported employees, helping people learn their role, develop skills and contribute as part of a team.
The type of work and support will depend on your interests, individual employment goals and support needs.

Depending on where you work, your day might include packing customer orders, preparing food and drinks, caring for plants, working outdoors or completing jobs alongside your team.
