Erica joined the board in November 2025. Erica is a current Director and Principal of Inclusion@work, a specialist legal practice providing workplace investigations, conflict resolution, mediation and inclusive leadership services across Australia and New Zealand. A qualified lawyer and accredited mediator, she specialises in psychological safety, gender equity, trauma-informed practice and the prevention of gendered violence, applying an intersectional framework to her work.
Erica brings extensive governance experience, having served on boards for many years across disability, child safety, women’s housing and health sectors. She currently serves as Board Chair of Kidsafe Victoria, incoming Board Chair of Women’s Housing Limited and is a member of the Tasmania Department of Health’s Child Safety and Wellbeing Panel.
