Amindha joined the Board in November 2025. He is a finance and commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience across retail, FMCG, mining, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing and supply chain logistics. More than 15 of those years were in key senior roles across Linfox and Toll.
Amindha is a Chartered Accountant with extensive focus on commercial delivery, financial governance and supply chain excellence. Amindha is a current Director & Senior Principle at Modul 8 Consulting.
