About the Role
Join Collingwood Children’s Farm and lead our productive market and flower gardens in one of Melbourne’s most loved urban farms. This hands-on role combines horticultural leadership, sustainability and visitor engagement, while supporting meaningful employment opportunities for people with different abilities.
Available as 0.8–1.0 FTE, you’ll help shape the future of the Farm through productive growing systems, educational experiences and inclusive employment programs. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in a thriving community-focused environment.
