Every day is a little different, but my main focus is supporting individuals through their Short-Term Accommodation journey. A key part of my role is helping clients build daily living skills to grow their confidence and independence, and to have a meaningful experience away from home.

Start the conversation now. Even if you’re not ready to make a move, planning early gives you time to understand your funding, explore options and involve your loved one in the decisions.

That’s hard to answer because I genuinely love what I do. Every client has their own journey, and it’s so rewarding to see them grow in confidence and independence. Whether it’s a small step or a big breakthrough, each one is meaningful, and I feel lucky to be part of that.

“Will my child be safe?”, that’s the biggest concern we hear, and it’s completely understandable. Families want to know who will be there, how the day-to-day works and what happens if something goes wrong.

We help by walking through the process step by step. We explain what to expect, what support is available and who’s involved. We keep communication open and make sure families feel included and informed. Sharing stories from other families also helps build trust and comfort. It’s all about strong relationships, the better we know each other, the better we can support you.

It’s the little things that make a big difference. We might create a personalised welcome sign, set up a favourite show on the TV or include a gift bag with games and books they love. These thoughtful touches help turn a new space into a home.
