‘Wally’ is Wallara’s café on wheels. It’s a mobile training space that empowers people with disability to build their skills and confidence while working in a real hospitality setting in the community.
A vintage-style coffee van, Wally is fitted out with a commercial coffee machine, grinder and fridge. Part of Wallara’s Café Wpathway, it offers Wallara’s supported employees and trainees a safe, flexible step toward open employment in hospitality or retail.
Every cappuccino or latte purchased from Wally’s ‘baristas-in-training’ supports their skill-building, inclusion and visible employment.
Bringing more than coffee, it brings purpose.
