Supporting Monash and Clayton with care
Wallara’s Land Management Services team has launched the Community Crew, supporting the Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) East* works now underway in Melbourne’s south-east.
The Community Crew is active in Clayton and Cheltenham, easing disruptions by completing practical tasks that benefit residents and local traders. These include car washing, gardening, graffiti removal, window cleaning and litter collection.
A visible team making a real difference
The Community Crew isn’t just about tasks – it’s about connection and contribution. These are real jobs carried out by Wallara supported employees with pride, professionalism and a passion for community.
Solomon and Tyler (pictured) are two shining examples. Their work is already leaving a positive impression on the people they meet every day.
Why it matters
This contract brings inclusive employment into a major infrastructure project. It shows what people with disability can achieve when given the opportunity, and reflects Wallara’s mission to drive social change.
By contributing in highly visible ways, together we’re building trust, strengthening relationships and proving that inclusive workforces belong everywhere.
