Wallara successfully completes latest NDIS audit
Wallara has successfully completed its latest NDIS surveillance audit with no non‑conformities. This is a strong result and means that Wallara fully met the quality and safety standards required of registered NDIS providers. At a time when NDIS reforms are placing increased focus on quality, oversight, and accountability, this outcome reflects our ongoing commitment to providing safe, respectful and high‑quality supports for every client and employee.
What does it mean to be a registered provider?
As a registered NDIS provider, Wallara is independently assessed against strict quality and safeguarding standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. These standards are designed to keep people safe, ensure services are reliable and respectful, support people to have choice and control in their lives and make sure providers listen and respond to feedback.
At Wallara, we actively work to make sure the people we support are heard, respected and involved in how their supports are delivered.
How we listen: Representative Committees
One of the key ways Wallara puts this into practice is through its Client and Employee Representative Committees.
All Supported Employees elect representatives to the Employee Representative Committee (ERC). Each Learning & Lifestyle service and Accommodation house also elects members to a Client Representative Committee (CRC). These committees meet regularly and give members a structured space to share feedback, raise ideas, discuss concerns, and directly influence decisions about how their supports are delivered.
