His background includes managing Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and social enterprises, with extensive expertise supporting disengaged youth, disadvantaged families and vulnerable communities.
As General Manager of Wallara’s Live division, Philip combines commercial acumen with strong sector knowledge to deliver maximum benefit for clients. He is highly regarded for his ability to lead change, guide teams through evolving sector demands and balance mission-driven goals with the practical realities of service delivery.
