Ellen Burns

Ellen leads People & Culture at Wallara, with a focus on creating a positive workplace where people can develop, contribute and do their best work.

She joined Wallara in 2008 following more than 15 years in the corporate sector, specialising in learning and development. Since then, Ellen has held roles across human resources, training and leadership development, building broad experience in employee relations, industrial relations, coaching, mentoring and workforce development.

Her approach brings together people, culture and capability — supporting strong teams, developing leaders and creating opportunities for staff to grow throughout their careers at Wallara.

Ellen is passionate about building a workplace where people feel supported, valued and equipped to deliver quality experiences for the people Wallara supports.
